At the June 28, 2017 Superior Court hearing on the State Lands Commission’s lawsuit to invalidate San Francisco’s Proposition B, Judge Suzanne Ramos Bolanos tentatively rejected the SLC’s request to invalidate Proposition B and also denied the Cityâs request to dismiss the case.
