Prop B Lawsuit Headed for Trial in September

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Suzanne Ramos Bolanos issued a final order denying cross motions for summary judgment by the State Lands Commission (SLC) and the City of San Francisco in the SLC’s lawsuit to invalidate Proposition B. Prop B, which was overwhelmingly approved by San Francisco voters in June 2014, requires voter approval before a developer can exceed the building height limits set on San Francisco Port waterfront properties.
