On July 13, the Barbary Coast Neighborhood Association hosted a free online forum on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis in District 3 neighborhoods. The discussion, which was moderated by BCNA President Diana Taylor, included Dr. Jian Zhang, CEO of Chinese Hospital, and Dr. Sunny Pak of the San Francisco Department of Public Health, as well as Victor Lim of the Department of Emergency Management, and Supervisor Aaron Peskin.
